One of the most promising reviews from previous buyers said: "Quote my son "the picture is better than real life". Quote my wife "is this 3D". Streets ahead of the competition."
Another said: "Really happy with this. Bought the 55" via the pre-order discount. So far with everything I've tried - including Prime Video, YouTube, Twitch and various TV catch up apps, Blu ray player etc, the picture is really fantastic (though bear in mind this replaces a 720p TV from the stone age!) - so, absolutely no complaints at all regarding picture quality."
And a third added: "Easy to set up, especially if you have other fire products. The 4K is really good, tested it with 4k streams on you tube and it does surprisingly well."
But some suggested it was not for them as a main TV, with one saying: "Overall I wouldn't recommend this as a main (living room) TV which would be getting constant use, I would highly recommend it as a bedroom TV or any other room where the TV isn't used as much but having a decent quality TV is still preferred."
You can also buy the 55in - was £549.99 is now £349.99 and the 50in was £499.99 and is now £299.99.
