Amazon Prime Premier League matches in December 2022 and free trial information

Once the World Cup is over it's back to the Premier League.

Top-flight football in England may have had a November and December break for the Qatar World Cup, but it will be back for great English tradition of football fixtures over the Christmas period.

Boxing Day for many fans is better than Christmas Day itself, with a full round of fixtures across the country. And festive Premier League games are being broadcast by Amazon Prime.

Each of the 20 Premier League teams feature in games being shown on Amazon Prime, which you can subscribe to for £8.99 a month - and if you have not had an account in the last 12 months, you can get a trial for free and catch the games.

Premier League Amazon Prime fixtures for Boxing Day, December 27/28

Amazon Prime is screening one game each from all 20 Premier League clubs. Most are on Boxing Day (Monday December 26) with two on Tuesday December 27 and one on Wednesday December 8.

Fans on Boxing Day can watch four games live in their entirety, as there are four different kick-off times. Newcastle are among the eight teams kicking off at 3pm.

Boxing Day Monday December 26

  • Brentford v Spurs 12.30pm
  • Crystal Palace v Fulham 3pm
  • Everton v Wolves 3pm
  • Leicester City v Newcastle United 3pm
  • Southampton v Brighton & Hove Albion 3pm
  • Aston Villa v Liverpool 5.30pm
  • Arsenal v West Ham 8pm

Tuesday December 27

  • Chelsea v Bournemouth 5.30pm
  • Manchester United v Nottingham Forest 8pm

Wednesday December 28

  • Leeds United v Manchester City 8pm

How much does Amazon Prime cost?

You can sign up to Amazon Prime for £8.99 a month, which will allow you to watch the Premier League games in December. Students can get a discount and pay £4.49 per month.

Can I watch Premier League on Amazon Prime with a free trial?

If you have not had an Amazon Prime subscription in the previous month, you can get a 30-day free trial. Remember to cancel it before the trial period ends if you do not want to keep it, otherwise you will be charged for the next month.
