Amazon Prime Day: Get a 30-day free trial ready for gaming deals

If you're hoping to take advantage of the upcoming Amazon Prime Day gaming sales, you need to be subscribed to Amazon Prime.

For those savvy shoppers who have been waiting for Amazon Prime Day to roll around, the good news is that gaming sales are almost upon us. To be able to browse and access the sales, you actually need to be subscribed to Amazon Prime, which not only lets you pick up some great deals but also entitles you to a wide range of extra bonuses including free same-day or next-day shipping on a whole load of goodies.

The confirmed Amazon Prime Day dates are Tuesday, 11 July 2023 and Wednesday, 12 July 2023 meaning the price cuts we're all waiting for are less than two weeks away. Last Amazon Prime Day we saw some major price cuts on Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo and PC products, including consoles, games and accessories.

No matter what you're hoping to pick up this Amazon Prime Day, there is something for everyone. Just be sure to prepare in advance and get yourself an Amazon Prime 30-day free trial if you haven't already so you don't miss out when deals are live.

Some of the best titles in gaming history have been released over the course of this year, including Diablo 4, Resident Evil 4 Remake, Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and Final Fantasy 16. With Amazon Prime Day fast approaching it's likely we will see price cuts on a few of these games – some of them for the very first time.

When we see some of the biggest price cuts, such as the Xbox Series S dropping from £249.99 to £189.99 during last year's Black Friday gaming sales, stock runs out super fast. This means you have to be quick to take advantage of the absolute best gaming discounts and don't have time to waste fumbling around and taking out a free trial on the day.

When taking advantage of this Amazon Prime 30-day free trial from Mirror Gaming, just be aware that the subscription auto-subscribes after one month, charging your card for your local rate of Amazon Prime. Be sure to cancel in advance if you don't want to stay subscribed by adding the date you need to cancel to your calendar. If you cancel your subscription, you will lose all of your Amazon Prime benefits.
