Nintendo gamers can grab some amazing early deals ahead of Amazon Prime Day.
Gamers wanting to purchase Switch consoles, accessories and games are in for a treat, with a range of deals available from Amazon. Some titles have been reduced by as much as 50%, while there are a range of deals on consoles, including Zelda and Pokemon-themed limited editions . Helpful accessories for the Switch and game cards are available to buy as well.
Amazon Prime Day has become a bit of an event, with many people putting off purchases and waiting for the big day to see if the items they want have had their prices slashed. This year it will be a two-day event with bargains expected across a number of items on their site.

In order to take part in Amazon Prime Day, you will need to be an Amazon Prime member which is currently £95 a year or £8.99 a month although you can sign up for a 30 day free trial. Here is a selection of some of the discounts available for the Nintendo Switch.
Consoles
Those wanting to purchase a Switch are in luck, with discounts available on consoles and limited editions. A Nintendo Switch Lite can be bought for around £5 to £10 less depending on which colour you would like.
The Lite is a lighter, more compact version of the standard Switch, and comes with many of the same features. However, it supports handheld gaming only, unlike the ordinary Switch which can be played on a TV or Tabletop.

Coral - £192.83, reduced from £209.99
Yellow - £187.00, reduced from £199.99
Blue - £187.40, reduced from £199.99
Grey - £205.50, reduced from £211.99
There are a series of discounts for special edition consoles too. Please note that the games the consoles are tied to are sold separately.
The Switch OLED Model: Tears of the Kingdom Limited Edition features a special design from the game, including the Hylian Crest from the series on the front of the dock. It is available from £303.64, discounted from £319.99.
There is a Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Switch too. The Koraidon and Miraidon are featured on the glossy front side of the white system’s dock, and a design inspired by the series’ iconic Poké Ball is featured on the back. It has been reduced from £319.99 to £298.50.
Accessories
Discounts on accessories for the Switch are also available. This Olimoxi Switch Controller is wireless and compatible with the Switch and the Switch Lite. You can get it for £22.99, reduced from its RRP of £28.99.
A Daydayup Switch Case can hold the Switch, as well as space for the plug, charging cable, ear buds, two extra Joy-Cons and 20 game card slots. It has been reduced to £9.34 from its RRP of £12.99.
The Switch TV docking station is a best seller on the site. The charging stand can fit the console and six joycons, with space for 10 game cards too.
Furthermore, it can be used to project games to the TV. This is now available for £38.99, down from £44.99.
The KEERXUN-KEX Controller Holder and Headphone Stand is a unique way to display your games and controllers. It is compatible with the Switch console and controllers as well as PlayStation and Xbox controllers and headphones.
It can be put together without tools too. It is currently available for £22.94, reduced from £26.99.
Games
A series of games for the Switch are being sold for cheaper prices. A special anniversary edition of Human: Fall Flat is available with a 50% reduction.
The game contains all 14 levels released in the original game, as well as five brand new levels. It is available for £14.99, reduced from £29.99.
Meanwhile, Super Bomberman R has been reduced from £17.99 to £12.99. The magical adventure game The Wild at Heart can be brought for £21.10, as opposed to £24.99. There is also a saving to be made on adventure game Eiyuden Chronicle Rising, with a new price of £29.60 as opposed to £34.99.
