An Amazon delivery driver was attacked as he made deliveries and had his van stolen.
Police were called by the delivery driver in the Knowsley area, who said they has been attacked by a man while making deliveries. A parcel was also taken and the keys were "snatched by force", police said.
The man also made off with the Amazon van containing parcels. Officers later found the vehicle nearby to where the incident happened.

The man was later seen by the victim who returned the keys to him before fleeing again. On Tuesday, officers arrested a man on Whiston Lane in Huyton on suspicion of robbery after attending the address.
Police said the suspect was "forensically linked" to the incident, on Friday, October 21, and is currently in custody.
A spokesperson for the Knowsley branch of Merseyside Police said: "Officers from Huyton community team attended an address on Whiston Lane this morning, where they arrested a male on suspicion of robbery.
"On October 21, 2022, Merseyside Police received a report from an Amazon delivery driver being assaulted by a male whilst making deliveries. A parcel was taken and the keys snatched by force, with the suspect making off in the van.
"The van was later located nearby, and the male was seen by the victim who returned the keys to him before making off from the scene. The suspect was forensically linked to the incident and is now safely in custody awaiting questioning."
