Amazon announces biggest ever Black Friday 2019 to start a week early

Excitement for Black Friday is building already, and now Amazon has revealed its plans for 2019.

Calling the event its ‘biggest ever Black Friday sale’, Amazon is set to kick things off a week early on November 22.

The deals are set to go live at midnight, with new discounts released continually throughout the following eight days, right up until 11.59pm on November 29, reports the Mirror .

No further information has been released on when the online retailer's Cyber Monday deals will go live, though Amazon has confirmed it will take part.

Last year, customers purchased over two million items on site, with Amazon claiming the money saved totalled a whopping £40 million.

Some of the most popular sale items last year included the Echo Dot (3rd Gen), Instant Pot Pressure Cooker, LEGO Marvel Avengers and Waterpik Professional Water Flosser.
