One woman who wanted to transform her kitchen but didn't have the budget for a full renovation was able to give the room a "beautiful" makeover using Amazon and Wilko products.
By spending only £70 she was able to completely change the look of her kitchen, and others called the refresh "stunning" and "brilliant".
The woman picked up paint and handles from Amazon and an adhesive covering from Wilko, and together they completely updated the look of the room.

She shared photos of the kitchen before and after on the DIY On A Budget UK Facebook group, alongside the caption: "Chalk painted these MDF units, bought new handles off Amazon, and used an adhesive sticker over the work surfaces from Wilko to create the butchers block effect. Saved me a fortune as I wanted wooden work tops.
"All in all about £70 spent. As it's just myself and my dog, I simply couldn't afford the labour and worktops with my salary alone. I'm pleased as punch with it."
Before long, the post had received almost 150 likes and more than 50 comments from fellow users who were impressed by the look of the finished product.
