There's nothing like a comfy pair of slippers, and I think I've found the perfect pair from Sainsbury's.
I, like many others, have really struggled with the problem of chilly feet, especially at night. Let's be honest, if you've got cold feet, your whole body feels cold and it's not nice at all.
I've gone through so many different pairs of slippers, but they never end up lasting me very long. The slippers either get wrecked by too much wear, end up being filthy, or get chewed by my dog.

I recently purchased a gorgeous pair of 'Mini Me Borg Slipper Boots' that are amazingly fluffy to say the least. Although these slippers are part of TU's Christmas collection, I've been wearing them to death so far this January and will continue to until it gets a bit warmer.
The full product description reads: "Snuggle your toes in these cocoons of fleecy softness. In a cream borg with a soft, fleece inner, you'll be padding around in foot heaven. And the best bit? You can get them in mini sizes and pad around together (style no. 141236201). Ideal as a stocking filler if you've already started thinking that way!"
How the slippers look and feel
In terms of aesthetics, the slippers are absolutely adorable. I really like the cream borg effect that looks quite 'sheepy' in appearance. The slipper boots feature cream fleece lining and non-slip soles which I was really glad about, because sometimes slipper boots can be lethal, especially when you're taking the bins out on an icy day!
I was a little worried that the boot effect would gradually become less sturdy over time, but I've been pretty much wearing these slippers constantly and seen no damage. Not only are the slippers fluffy on the outside, but they're amazingly soft on the inside too.
I like to wear these slippers with a pair of socks on when it's especially cold, to really feel the warmth on my feet. An afternoon wearing these bad boys and I basically feel like I'm walking on a cloud.
The slippers are that comfortable I've even resulted to wearing them all night in bed when it's really cold, and not ended up feeling uncomfortable in the slightest. In terms of sizing, I went for a S/M, and they actually fit my size 6 feet perfectly.
They're not too tight which can be super uncomfortable, but they're not too loose either. I've owned a number of ill fitting pairs of slippers before, and there's nothing more irritating, let me tell you.
Value for money
These slippers are absolutely incredible for the price. When I was younger I never realised just how expensive slippers can actually be, so for £12 in the sale they are an absolute steal.
They offer comfort whilst looking very cute in the process, and are generally a good pair of sturdy slippers. I've cleaned the whole house wearing them, I've slept all night in them, I've played with the dog in them and so far they're still going strong.
I absolutely love how soft they are on the outside and the inside and I'll be continuing to wear them on a daily basis. Slippers are an absolute staple for daily life, and I'm so glad I've found a bargain pair. Shoppers can purchase the pair of £12 slippers here.
