This particular coffee creamer is described as a 'delicious caramel flavoured' drink, made with sustainably sourced bovine collagens. All you need to do is simply add it to your morning coffee.
Each serving of Dose & Co’s bovine collagen protein powder creamer contains 10g of 'high quality' collagen. It's gluten-free and contains no preservatives, artificial colours or GMO ingredients.
For those who aren't fans of coffee, the creamer can also be blended into smoothies, ice creams of yoghurts. The Holland & Barrett description reads: "The most abundant protein in the body, collagen is the thing that holds our skin, ligaments, muscles, bones and tendons together. It is naturally produced in our bodies. However, as we age, from as early as our mid-20s, production steeply declines and what we do generate is of a lesser quality.
"As a result, skin loses its elasticity, hair starts to fall out and we become more prone to injuries. A lack of collagen can even result in weaker, more brittle nails. It is not just age that contributes to a lack of collagen. Usually found in meat, fish and dairy based foods, not getting enough dietary collagen, or eating a diet high in refined carbohydrates and sugars, can damage or reduce your supply of collagen too."
The coffee creamer has received plenty of five star reviews from happy Holland & Barrett shoppers. It has a 75% five star rating.
One shopper said: "Absolutely without a doubt great collagen supplement. This is my second purchase. Does what it says on the package."
A second review read: "Excellent product, my hairdresser commented on my hair and my nail technician couldn’t get I’ve the growth in my nails - what better recommendation than compliments from the experts!"
A third shopper said: "Really like Dose & Co collagen creamer caramel. My hair and nails seem to be growing at a faster pace since taking this. I add it to my morning coffee and it tastes lovely."
A fourth added: "I am on my third tub of Dose and Co and van really notice the difference in my skin, hair and nails. I would definitely recommend this to anyone."
