
Srinagar: Amarnath Yatra registration has officially opened this year on Monday and is accessible online and offline via the Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board (SASB)'s official website and recognised banks.
The yatra is expected to begin on 25 July and will continue till 19 August.
To ensure the safety and smooth management of the pilgrimage, the daily limit has been capped at approximately 15,000 yatris.

With this restriction in place, early registration is highly recommended—not only to secure a spot but also to fulfill the necessary health and age-related requirements.
Steps for Online Registration:
1. Visit the [official SASB portal](https://jksasb.nic.in).
2. Click on “Yatra 2025 Registration”.
3. Upload the required documents:
- Recent passport-size photo
- Compulsory Health Certificate (CHC) issued after April 15, 2025
- Valid ID proof
4. Make the payment to complete the registration.

offline mode:
Offline registration is being facilitated at specific branches of Punjab National Bank, Jammu and Kashmir Bank, and other banks. Make sure to carry original documents and CHC while registering in person.
