The 49-year-old Britain's Got Talent judge looked sensational as she waved goodbye to 2020 with her loved ones.
Taking to social media on New Year's Day, Amanda held up a martini glass as she posed for the family snap taken the evening before.
In the picture, that she shared with her 1.6 million Instagram followers, Amanda grinned at the camera alongside her husband Chris Hughes.
Amanda's daughters Hollie and Alexa were also beaming as they posed alongside their parents.

The mum of two was quickly inundated with messages as fans shared their seasons greetings with the gorgeous family.

The presenter sent fans wild as she unveiled the sizzling shot as she stood alongside a bottle of champers on ice.
Fittingly, the Britain's Got Talent star slipped into bikini bottoms which read "bye - bye 2020".
