Amanda Holden has tried her hand at another dancing challenge - this time injuring herself in the process.
In a video posted to Instagram, Holden and her colleague Ashley Roberts, of the Pussycat Dolls, dance to The Weeknd’s song Blinding Lights, which became a viral challenge on the video sharing app TikTok.
Holden and Roberts attempt the dance in the studio, but quickly deteriorate as they miss key moves.
Things completely fall apart when Holden starts throwing her hands in the air - and whacks her hand on a monitor hanging from the ceiling.
Roberts is seen laughing hysterically as Holden nurses her hand and shakes off the bruise.
“Too good (bad) not to post! #practiceround #epicfail,” Holden wrote on Instagram.
Holden’s TikTok antics have become a thing to behold, but it doesn’t always go smoothly, with the presenter’s daughter Hollie suffering a sunglasses fail when she joined her mother in a TikTok dance challenge.
Holden recently shared a number of adorable family throwback photos on the app, while also joining in on the popular Wipe it Down challenge.
The presenter is currently still travelling into central London to present her Heart Radio show on weekdays.
