Amanda Holden has finally spilled the secret to her youthful glow - and it's a ridiculously simple one.
Amanda, 49, is regarded as one of the hottest celebrities in the UK, with admirers constantly flabbergasted by her fresh-faced demeanor.
And now, the Heart Breakfast presenter has shared her beauty secrets, much to the delight of her beloved listeners.
According to the star, all she needs to maintain a sprightly glow is a touch of blush.
Amanda swears by a colourful pink-toned cheek stain and credits blusher for making her appear 'alive and well'.
On this morning's show, she insisted: "Ladies, if you want to keep those youthful looks, blusher is the answer to all your worries!
"Whenever I don't want to wear makeup, or whenever I can't be bothered, I just whack on way too much blusher.
"Then I instantly look alive and well. I swear by it, and I could never have a makeup bag without blusher," she added.
Amanda continued by encouraging her fanbase to stock up on the essential makeup as lockdown comes to an end.
The blonde beauty insisted: "Girls if you don't already own some blush then before you enter the world again, get your hands on some.
"We're all so used to not wearing makeup now, and it's going to be very hard to go back to the effort of a full face of makeup.
"Get yourself some blush and throw on a slick of mascara and you're sorted. No need for all the other slap," Amanda urged.
The bombshell's makeup revelation comes after she shared the secret to her amazing figure.
She's constantly surprising fans with her bodycon dresses, which accentuate her washboard tummy and tiny waist.
And as it turns out, Amanda's hourglass figure isn't just down to good genes, regular exercise and a healthy diet.
The Britain's Got Talent favourite gets that extra little bit of help from the wardrode department.
She never appears on the hit talent show without a trusty pair of Spanx underneath her sparkle-filled and eye-catching ensembles.
Not one to open up about how she stays so fit-looking, the beauty confessed that it's thanks to Spanx that she always looks red carpet ready while judging on Britain's Got Talent.
During an Instagram Live with presenter Emma Willis, she confessed: "Me and Alesha wear slippers under the desk, we eat food, we wear Spanx. It's so nice to have another girl there alongside me."
