Amanda Holden has been criticised on social media after posting photos of herself boarding a private jet - with some of her followers questioning over her carbon footprint.
The radio host, 51, took to Instagram yesterday to share that she was "finally" on her way to meet Alan Carr, 46, in Sicily - where they have been filming a new BBC show together.
The pair are set to front upcoming series The Italian Job, in which they will be seen buying a dilapidated house and taking on the challenge of renovating the property.
It's unclear whether Amanda and Alan have returned to the island off the coast of Italy this week for the project - or whether they are enjoying a holiday together in the region.
Amanda said she was heading out to meet him yesterday, sharing photos of herself boarding a private jet - as well as others of the Britain's Got Talent judge seemingly inside.
The Heart Breakfast radio presenter wrote alongside the photos on the platform: "Well! What a treat [private jet firm] to the rescue. Finally on my way to [Alan] in Sicily."
She later confirmed that she had reunited with Alan after arriving at her destination, posting a selfie of them together, captioned: "Back with this one for a few days."
Her post about boarding a private jet however prompted a backlash among some of her followers, who expressed concern that it's contributing to global warming.
"Disappointing all these celebs bleat on about saving the planet and then take a private jet," said one person. Another asked: "Blimey, what's the carbon footprint for that?"
A third wrote: "That should add nicely to global warming pollutants." Another said: "Private jet. That's responsible." Whilst a third wrote: "Carbon footprint must be huge."

"Oh Amanda. Why have you posted this? We are all trying to do our bit for global warming," another responded. A sixth responded: "Keeping your carbon footprint up I see."
Another said: "Please don't ever offer any lectures or advice on how to save the planet. This is disgraceful." Whilst another person said that they were "highly unimpressed."
"Cried on TV about the environment and then uses a private jet. Shameless," said one - potentially referencing her emotion over a song about climate change on BGT.
Some followers however came to her defence amid the backlash in the comments, with one writing: "You enjoy yourself girl. We would all be in private jets if we could."
Another suggested the impact would be minimal compared to other behaviours, saying: "Amanda getting on a private jet is absolutely nothing in the grand scheme of things."
Comments have since been disabled on the post.
The Mirror approached Amanda's rep for comment.
