Amanda Holden is feeling lucky, lucky, lucky after getting an acting pep talk from her BFF Kylie Minogue.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge, 51, who is set to star in Aussie soap Neighbours, received a call from the pop princess while filming her debut scenes.
Amanda and Kylie, 53 – who shot to fame in the soap back in the 80s – were first introduced by celebrity make-up artist Christian Vermaak.
They have been friends ever since and have been snapped together at glamorous showbiz parties.
Amanda, who will play the aunt of Ramsay Street resident Harlow Robinson, said: “Kylie rang me while I was on set to say, ‘Hi, what’s it like? How’s it going?’
“She knew I was filming, that’s why she called. I love her so much.

“We call each other BFFs.”
Amanda also counts Neighbours legend Jason Donovan as a good friend and, handily, his daughter Jemma plays Harlow in the soap.
Fans were devastated earlier this month when it was announced Neighbours is to end after 37 years. But for now it’s all go for Amanda, who is busy juggling her soap career with her radio role at Heart FM.
She is also managing her daughter Lexi’s modelling career.
The 16-year-old has signed to Kate Moss’s former agency, Storm, in a rumoured £1million deal.
Amanda said: “I am like a momager in the way I’ve got her back – like Kris Kardashian has her daughters’ backs.
“I think now, more than ever, everyone is very mindful of social media, body image and healthy looking models.
“We’ll see what happens. It might not be for her, but I’ll let her try it for herself.”
See Amanda in Neighbours from March 28, at 1.45pm and 6pm, on Channel 5.
