Amanda Holden was left in tears on tonight's Britain's Got Talent: The Champions by a very emotional act.
Ukrainian sand artist Kseniya Simonova stunned the judges with her incredible artwork and received the first golden buzzer of the series.
The 2009 Ukraine's Got Talent winner created a montage of an ill child and parent in sand, which struck a chord with Amanda because of her own personal heartbreaks.
Kseniya, who works as a volunteer with children who fight cancer, said: "If I make one child feel strong enough to fight the illness then I'm the winner tonight."
The sand artist got a standing ovation from the judges and the audience before tearful Amanda slammed the golden buzzer.

Amanda apologised for being a "complete mess" after heading on stage to give her golden buzzer act a hug.
She said: "Sorry...I'm a complete mess. I heard in the story at the very beginning you said you work with cancer patients and children so the whole message was very uplifting and very emotional.
"For me your skill requires no language. It's the champions of champions. It's going across the world. Nothing needed explaining it was just sand. So beautiful."

Simon Cowell admitted he would have pressed the golden buzzer if he had the power.
He added: "Your creativity and imagination is off the charts. Your story telling and use of music is so unique and brilliant.
"I want to thank you for coming on and competing as it shows you’re the bets in the world."
David Walliams said it was "incredibly moving", while Alesha Dixon claimed it was "absolutely beautiful".

Speaking after her performance, Kseniya said: "In any country in the world a child who is watching the show will see it and if it helps them recover then I will be the winner"
Taking to Twitter , one fan said: "I’m genuinely tearful what an act, deserved that golden buzzer!"
"Yes so happy she got the gold buzzer. She is so talented," added another.
A third said: "Wow!! Absolutely beautiful totally deserved the gold buzzer!"

Each week one of the judges or Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly have one golden buzzer to use - and this week it was Amanda with the power.
After discovering the news, Amanda said: "I am thrilled I’ve got the first golden buzzer. Obviously I’m very important."
