Amanda Holden has told fans she is 'over the moon' as she shared some exciting career news with fans after putting on a startling display during a recent trip to Paris. The Britain's Got Talent judge was celebrating as another of her TV shows was commissioned for a second series.
Earlier this year, BBC viewers saw Amanda join forces with Alan Carr for Amanda and Alan: The Italian Job. The series, filmed last year ha saw the celebrity pals purchase two dilapidated apartments for one euro each in picture-perfect Salemi in Italy before spending the summer renovating them. Then, at the end of the summer, the property goes on sale and all the profits are donated to charity.
Sharing a video of clips from their Italania adventure to Instagram, Amanda wrote: "Over the moon to let you know that the second series of Amanda and Alan: The Italian Job is in the making. @chattyman and I start filming in a few weeks! Exact destination to be revealed soon!!"

She then revealed: "Over 15 million of you watched it!! So THANK-YOU! #BanTheBidet." And Amanda's celebrity pals, followers and fans appeared thrilled with the news.
That includes Coronation Street favourite Tina O'Brien who rushed to the comments and wrote: "Best news EVER," with a love heart eyes and flame emojis. She then posted a separate comment which simply included a string of lemon emojis. Manchester fashion brand In The Style founder Adam Frisby also said: "Loved it."
@sparkleandthread commented: "Oh yes!!!!! Can not wait!!!" @rebeccageoghegan said: "Oh my god!!! I cannot wait!" @littleamz1980 commented: "Oh my this has made my day you 2 are the best and your friendship is everything. Can’t wait."
@lisacoulam replied: "Yes yes yes, frigging loved the last one, you 2 are soooooo funny, canny wait." @lalaa_manda added: "Oh wow! I'm SO happy for this. I loved the last series and missed you guys when it was over. Cannot wait to see you pair again and your quirky relationship."
The news comes after Amanda jokingly told 'stop it' as she posted a raunchy snap of herself reclining on top of a piano with her head thrown back, which she captioned 'Making Whoooopie.'
Barry Head told the 52-year-old: "Oh just stop it, no ok love it MORE." And Amanda Holden Fan said: "Mum gone wild in Paris." Amanda, 52, was looking fabulous in France as she also posed in a red high-neck mini dress. "Ooh La La! Enjoy! x" gasped Loose Women star Ruth Langsford. Her Heart Radio co-star Ashley Roberts praised: "That’s my sister." And LJ Ralphy tweeted: "Those legs."
