Amanda Holden looks chic as she poses with Simon Cowell in their PJs - but fans don't recognise him

Britain's Got Talent is back in full swing for a new series after being away from our screens for two years because of Covid-19. And already fans are naming their favourite acts including singers Tom Ball and Loren Allred who amazed viewers and the judges by revealing that she was the voice of the powerful ballad Never Enough from The Greatest Showman.

In the second episode on Sunday night (April 17) school teacher Tom caused jaws to drop with a moment likened to the iconic Susan Boyle audition that made her a global superstar in 2009. And like many of us it appears that judges Amanda Holden and Simon Cowell were kicking back in their cosies to enjoy the acts on the ITV talent show after the auditions wrapped earlier this year.

Amanda, 51, who is known for her wardrobe of glam and sometimes racy outfits on the show, shared a snap of the co-stars in 'twinning' PJs. The West End star smiled for the camera as he posed with an adorable Yorkshire terrier in chic blue loungewear co-ords.

Seated on the couch music boss Simon posed in smart grey comfies. It appeared he was in charge of the TV remote as he posed with it by his side, but some fans didn't recognise him.

charlene_kylie9 asked: "Who is she sat with? Is that her husband? Cute doggo!" And when someone pointed out it was Simon she said: "Oh my goodness it is. I actually had to look him up cuz I didn't believe it lol."

simonpeers asked:"Is that a Simon Cowell look a like?" And grahamjnr said: "I had to look twice to see if it was him."

Amanda previously shared photos of the friends out celebrating talent manager Jonathan Shalit's birthday with Dame Joan Collins and dizzyfashions1 commented: "Simon looks 37."

Simon, who was replaced by Diversity dancer and choreographer Ashley Banjo in the 2020 series after breaking his back in a horror bike accident, recently told how he'd had all filler removed from his face after going 'a bit too far'. And he has embraced healthy eating and drinking lots of water.

He told The Sun that enough was enough when his eight-year-old son Eric was in 'hysterics' after he saw a 'before' picture of his dad. And Simon didn't even recognise himself. "There is no filler in my face at all now. Zero," he said.

Simon, the owner of entertainment company Syco, is set to marry his partner of 10 years Lauren Silverman later this year. Earlier this year he broke his arm after falling off his electric bike near his home in west London over two years since his previous accident on an e-bike.

In August 2020, the 62-year-old broke his back and had to undergo six hours of surgery following a fall from a bike he was testing at his house in Malibu. Following his latest accident, Simon told ITV News that the "wheels just went under me" after he turned a corner in the rain.

Amanda was keen to know what viewers thought of the new series as she wrote: "#PrisonChic Easter snugs Hope you all enjoyed the return of @BGT?" And claireydaints replied: "I have loved both programmes so far. Laughter, tears and goosebumps!! Fab!!! So glad it's back... great for my mental health!!" jo_pope71 said about their photo: "Beautiful photo nice to see the relaxed side."

hicsqueak said: "Awwee you look so cutee!" nhitz0801 told her: "Yesss super enjoy & BGT's King & Queen are twinnings." And interior designer kellyhoppen said: "Tres chic xx"
