Amanda Holden has issued her verdict on who she thinks should replace Phillip Schofield on This Morning.
ITV's flagship daytime programme has been rocked with chaos since the veteran broadcaster stood down last weekend. Phil stepped away from the show amid reports an alleged rift with Holly Willoughby hit fever pitch.
It has been reported that Phil previously fell out with Amanda as he allegedly never wanted her to star alongside him. Amanda addressed the "feud" on Heart Radio and told listeners she once reached out to Phil but he never responded.

She has waded in on the This Morning drama once again on her Heart Radio show today. She hosts the programme alongside Jamie Theakston and the presenters reacted to Dermot O'Leary's milestone birthday.
Dermot turned 50 today and the presenters played a game in which they tried to guess his age. Amanda said: "I’m going to say, Dermot is 51?"
She tried again as she added: "I’m going say he’s older, 54 [buzzer]… oh gosh, 48?" Jamie responded: "No, he’s 50… do you think he’d be good to replace Schofe?"
Amanda gave Dermot a ringing endorsement as she said: "Oh, the big one wow!… Yes, I think him and Alison do a great job don’t they?"
The Britain's Got Talent judge took to Instagram in the immediate aftermath of Phil's exit from this Morning and shared a cryptic post of a flexed bicep emoji with her 2m followers. Fans took to the comments and claimed this was a reference to the exit.
Roisin commented: "Suspect it’s a dig at Philip Schofield" Karen added: "Get Amanda back to host."
Charlotte said: "Phillip? What is going on?" Justin posted: "You would be a good replacement"
