Britain's Got Talent and radio presenter Amanda Holden has taken on the Three Peaks Challenge for charity, which will see the 51-year-old tackle the highest mountains in Wales, England and Scotland in 24 hours climbing a whopping 10,476 feet.
The Heart radio star began the trek on Thursday, October 6, starting off with Wales' very own Mount Snowdon, which stands at 3,560 feet above sea level. Alongside a team of 'Mandy's Moutaineers' - made up of people from a variety of small charities the station's Global Make Some Noise campaign supports - Amanda waded through the blustery elements of the North Walian mountain range and reached the top, completing one third of the journey - and although there was "wind and snow", the mother of two had a smile on her face the whole time.
Taking to first her Instagram stories and then an Instagram reel, which showed a video montage of the climb across cragged rocks

Donning a red Heart Radio jacket, hat and black walking gear with a rucksack that had a teddy bear strapped to the back, Amanda posted to her story with the caption: "Snowdon" with a green tick and added: "I feel really windswept. It's snowing. But we've made it to the top. Oh my god! Now we've got to go all the way back down."
The trek is in aid of Global's Make Some Noise Campaign which "funds small charities delivering vital life-changing services including food banks, mental health support, domestic violence helplines, community projects and other vital life support programmes. " Heart adds on its website: "By supporting Amanda on her Three Peaks Challenge, you can help small charities changing lives across the UK."
Ahead of the trek, Amanda said, as written on Heart's website: "Here we go! I'm popping on my hiking boots and scaling the 3 highest mountains in the UK! The Three Peaks Challenge is no small task but I'm so excited, and a little bit terrified, to be doing it all in aid of Global's Make Some Noise. For the past few years, I have had the privilege of meeting incredible people who do truly life-changing work. Right now, so many people across the UK are living in crisis and they need our help. They have inspired me to take on the toughest challenge of my life!
"I've done all the training and am supported by a fantastic team on the journey. We're ready to raise money for these incredible causes and help make some noise for the work that they do!"
After Snowdon, Amanda made her way to Scafell Pike, the highest and the most prominent mountain in England, located in the Lake District National Park in Cumbria before driving through the night to Scotland's Ben Nevis.
Taking to her stories, she revealed: "I didn't sleep. We're at the foot of Ben Nevis, the rain has stopped. I'm mean I 'm not aching yet, we haven't really had time to rest so I imagine I'll wake up on Saturday morning [achey] but I'm expecting breakfast in bed from my husband at the very least.."
She was continuing her climb of Ben Nevis on Friday morning and posted a video which saw her screaming: "I'm a celebrity, get me out of here!", referencing the ITV show hosted by Ant and Dec.
