Amanda Holden has spoken out following her seemingly cryptic dig at Holly Willoughby's This Morning statement.
The 52-year-old Britain's Got Talent judge was dressed in all white, very similar to Holly's ITV appearance when she asked her social media followers: "Are you OK?"
A day prior, Holly had asked ITV viewers the same question during her speech where she addressed the recent departure of her former friend and co-host Phillip Schofield, 61, following his affair with the male showrunner.
Amanda repeated the remark during a clip on Heart Radio, with social media users claiming the television star was having a dig at Holly.
A spokesman for Amanda told the Mirror: “Amanda has always made it clear in the past she has no issues with Holly. Today’s video has been taken completely out of context.”
Last year, Amanda praised David Beckham for “getting in line” to see the Queen lying in state, while Phillip and Holly were criticised for using media passes to avoid the 12-hour wait.
And when Phillip left This Morning last month, Amanda seemed to celebrate his exit by posting a bicep emoji on her social media.
