Amanda Holden was reduced to tears as she returned to screens on Saturday night (October 22). The TV and radio star was back for another week on BBC One show I Can See Your voice which aired after the latest Strictly Come Dancing and Bradley Walsh's revival of Blankety Blank.
The show, now in its second series and hosted by Paddy McGuinness, sees members of the public, usually in teams of two, try and work out the good and the bad singers from a different line-up each week. The problem is, they can't actually hear them and have to make their decisions based on other factors such as how well they can lip sync.
The latest episode, which features Amanda on the panel alongside Alison Hammond and Jimmy Carr who try and help the players, saw Charlie and Dexter welcomed onto the show. The pair had the responsibility of whittling down the contestants until they were left with one.

The last 'singer' standing then has to duet with the guest musical celebrity, which this week was former X Factor winner Alexandra Burke, and it is only at this moment the players, the panel, and celebrity performer discovered whether the final singer can actually hold a tune or not.
After guessing several singers incorrectly, the celebrity panellists were on the edges of their seats when Alexandra took to the stage for the duet. As Alexandra belted out Whitney Houston's Saving All My Love For You, she was then joined by Brooke Barber who did end up being an incredible singer.
The two women then continued to sing the legendary singer's track leaving Amanda in floods of tears as it meant Charlie and Dexter walked away with the cash prize of £10,000.
Paddy was quick to spot a teary-eyed Amanda and said: "During that performance, Amanda was in tears!" The cameras then showed Amanda, 51, was seen wiping tears from her face during the emotional winning moment. "Oh my gosh my eyelashes became unstuck!" she said.
On last weekend's show Amanda was left 'insulted' by co-star Jimmy Carr. One of the singers up for speculation was given the name 'No Scrubs and was a young woman dressed as a doctor. Guest star, and Spandau Baller singer, Tony Hadley said he thought she was a real singer due to the way she moved her mouth, before Amanda mused: "She's a student, universities have theatre groups, after college they go out and sing for entertainment. I reckon she's not necessarily..."
But before she could finish, Jimmy interrupted to quip: "How does Amanda know? She hasn't got a GCSE!" There were then a chourus of 'ooohs' around the studio while it was the contestant playing the game that leapt to Amanda's defence, saying: "She's an amazing singer though!"
