Amad Diallo's name has been one of the first on the Sunderland team-sheet in recent weeks due to his electric from.
The former Rangers loanee - who failed to hit the heights in a six-month loan at Ibrox under Gio Van Bronckhorst - has experienced something of a career rival at new club Sunderland. The Manchester United starlet, who at one point cost the Red Devils £40million from Atalanta, has found game time tough but has become a fan favourite at the Stadium of Light.
Yet the Ivorian winger was left out of ex-Celtic boss Tony Mowbray's starting eleven against Queens Park Rangers in a 3-0 win but featured in the last 30 minutes in London. Diallo notched up another assist to add to his seven goals and two previous assists in all competitions.

But Mowbray insists he had to give the 20-year-old the chance to 're-energise' after playing a lot of football but that he is continuing to show the gaffer that it is difficult to exclude him. He said: "He is not a robot."
The ex-Celtic boss then added: "[Resting Amad] was important. He needs to re-energise mentally as well as physically.
"It looks to me as though he is a pretty robust footballer - he's played just about every minute up until the last week or so, when we brought him off against Reading and left him out [against QPR].
“Hopefully this period is of benefit to him moving forward, emotionally and psychologically to hit the reset button and show everybody just how talented he is and almost to say to the coach that it's difficult to leave him out."
