New Rangers signing Amad Diallo admits he's been "amazed" by the scale of the club as he hopes to bring trophies to Ibrox.
The Manchester United youngster has joined on loan until the end of the season, and comes with a big reputation.
The winger has played in Serie A, the Champions League and the English Premier League and the deal that took him to Old Trafford could be worth up to £33million if certain bonuses are achieved.
But even with that top level experience the 19-year-old admits he wasn't prepared for the scale of Rangers when he touched down in Glasgow.
Diallo told Rangers TV: "I’m 100 per cent ready. 100 per cent.
“I have been to see the training ground and I saw good things there.
“I didn't know the club before but I was amazed by the surroundings.
“I got to see the set-up and I really liked it.
“It is a good place for me to continue to grow and continue in my development.
“The stadium is also good - it is a big stadium with lots of fans.
“I just want to experience victories and glory with them and I hope to start very soon."
The highly-rated Atalanta youth product won't be in Scotland for long, but he's keen to lift the first trophies of his career between now and the end of the campaign.
Diallo continued: "I chose this club as I think it is the ideal club for my progression.
"I reflected on it a lot as I had lots of offers but I chose Rangers as I think it is very similar to the Premier League and the atmosphere is also similar.
"I think for my progression it is the ideal destination. ‘It is good to come to a club which wins trophies every year like Rangers.
"Everyone knows this is a club that wins a lot and I think it’s good for me to compete at this level.
"I think I made the right decisions to come here. I can bring lots of things to the team – liveliness, speed and also attacking flair in terms of an attacking threat to the opposition.
"I don’t know a lot as it’s is my first experience of Scotland but I don’t think I made a mistake.
"I have made the right decision and I want to get started.
"It would be good to win trophies but to win them we all need to remain focused. ‘I have come here to bring something to the team and I hope my involvement will go well."
