Alyssa Thomas etched her name in the WNBA record books on Sunday when she notched her fourth regular-season triple double of her career—making her the association’s all-time leader. Thomas passed both Candace Parker and Sabrina Ionescu to take over the top spot.
It’s also her second triple double in a five-day span. She notched her first two in her first 252 regular-season games.
The accomplishment came Sunday during the Sun’s 96–71 win over the Sky. Thomas notched 14 points, 12 assists and 11 rebounds in the dominant performance. The three-time All-Star also dropped 13 points, 15 boards and 14 assists on Tuesday to get her first triple double of the season against the Storm.
