ALLY MCCOIST heaped praise on Celtic in the build-up to this afternoon's derby clash at Parkhead - but is backing Rangers for victory.
The Ibrox hero was quizzed on his thoughts on the match and piushed for a prediction ahead of kick-off.
And, always the joker, McCoist hailed Celtic as "unbeatable" as he gushed with praise before throwing his support behind a win for his former club.
Speaking on Sky Sports, the pundit remarked: "I think Celtic are in tremendous form, they're firing on all cylinders, they're unbeatable and strong in defence and very good in attack.
"2-1 to Rangers."
Giovanni van Bronckhorst has made three changes to his side for the visit to Celtic Park this afternoon.
Ryan Jack, Glen Kamara and Scott Wright have dropped out of the starting XI having played in midweek against RB Leipzig.
Instead, Van Bronckhorst has handed starts to veteran Steven Davis, goalscorer in the last derby Scott Arfield and Fashion Sakala.
