Allan McGregor has paid tribute to the 'best fans in the world' as he signed off at Ibrox to a huge ovation from the Rangers support.
The veteran goalkeeper was put in from the start by Michael Beale as he pulled on the number one jersey for the final time in front of a packed out Govan support. It was a night of celebration as the fans paid tribute to the club legend alongside Scott Arfield, Alfredo Morelos, Ryan Kent and Filip Helander who will also move on in the summer.
The 41-year-old will be back at Ibrox in the coming months for his testimonial match against Champions League bound Newcastle United - but in terms of competitive action in Govan that is his time up after over 500 games. He's picked up numerous trophies across his time in Glasgow and also featured in the Europa League Final. He's often been the man for the big occasion with vital saves both domestically and in Europe over the years.

He told Rangers TV: "I will miss the fans, I will miss the atmosphere but I will definitely be back supporting.
"The best fans in the world, they stuck through the club during the bad times and the good. I have so much respect for them. I am one myself. They are brilliant.
"When I walked through the door when I was 11 or 12 I never thought about playing more than 500 games, winning trophies, being in the Hall of Fame.
"It is definitely something special. It has got to end at some point and if you realise that you can handle it better."
On his game with Newcastle, he added: "It will be good. It is good that they have qualified for the Champions League.
"I am sure they will bring a good team. Hopefully the fans will come and hopefully we will have a few new signings as well. It should be a good game."
