All the trampoline parks in south Wales for the perfect family day out

Trampoline parks have shot to success in recent years as everyone from babies and toddlers to adults can not beat that childhood feeling of bouncing on a trampoline.

From airbags to trampoline basketball and dodgeball, trampoline parks now offer a huge range of activities to keep everyone in the family happy.

Perfect for a wet weather day, south Wales is home to many trampoline parks meaning there is sure to be one not too far away from you.

Buzz Cardiff

Based in Llanishen, Cardiff, is Buzz Cardiff which has an inflatable park and a dodgeball arena as well as the trampolines.

The park is open every day and prices start from £6.

Supajump - Cardiff

Supajump is an American-themed indoor trampoline park in Trident Trade Park in Cardiff which also has an American diner and sweet shop.

It is open every day and prices start at £8. You can also book a party here.

Infinity Trampoline Park - Cardiff

This parkour-inspired trampoline park has over 70 trampolines, basketball lanes, and balance beams and is only a 12-minute drive from Cardiff city centre.

Limitless Trampoline Park - Swansea

Limitless Trampoline Park is just a six minute drive from Swansea City Centre (Limitless)

This Swansea -based trampoline park can be found just a six-minute drive from Swansea city centre and as well as trampolines they also offer an inflatable park, ninja assault course, and zip wire.

Limitless is open every day from 10am to 7pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 6pm on Sundays, with prices starting at £6 - plus they offer student discounts.

Buzz Swansea

An 11-minute drive out of Swansea city centre is Buzz Swansea which offers open jump, jump for toddlers, foam pits, and tumble tracks.

Buzz Swansea is open every day and prices start from £6.

Jump Jam Trampoline Park - Bridgend

Jump Jam Trampoline Park in Bridgend is home to so much more than trampolines as it also offers laser tag, climbing, rodeo bull, and an inflatable super-park.

Open every day at different times prices start at £6 for toddlers and £10.95 for children and adults. The park also boasts tumble tracks, dodgeball, battle beam and airbags.

Jump Adventure - Newport

Jump Adventure is open every day (Mark Lewis)

Newport 's trampoline park Jump Adventure has over 50 trampolines, a ninja warrior course, a dodgeball arena, an airbag, interactive games and a total wipeout machine.

Jump Adventure is a 12-minute drive from Newport city centre and is open every day. There is also a cafe on-site and they offer different sessions for toddlers and parties.

Vertigo Trampoline Park - Merthyr Tydfil

With a ninja course for both adults and children, Vertigo Trampoline Park in Merthyr Tydfil is perfect for all the family.

There is also a slam dunk, jump towers, and a gladiator battle zone. Vertigo update their Facebook page with their opening hours, with prices starting at £5.
