Trinity Leeds
In 2022, we’ve welcomed new shops such as Levi’s and Sunglasses Hut to the popular shopping centre. Nespresso and Batch’d have also opened at Trinity Leeds. In our four-star review of cafe and takeaway Batch’d we said: “We’d recommend Batch'd if you're after anything sweet - just make sure you've got the space in your stomach to enjoy the sweet treats.” Sounds like an ideal spot to reward yourself with a sweet treat after bagging some wonderful gifts.
Victoria Quarter
Some high end brands have opened their doors in the Victoria Quarter. It has seen Oasis star Liam Gallagher’s fashion brand Pretty Green has made a welcome return to Leeds city centre. The clothing shop is based in King Edward Street. While, North Home is a home design business, based at Vicar Lane, specialising in a combination of Japanese and Scandinavian styles. We’ve also seen tailor Carl Stuart open in County Arcade. Astrid and Miyu have brought their first pink boutique outside of London to Victoria Quarter following success in New York.
Merrion Centre
If there’s a fashionista in your life you can bag a bargain at Merrion Centre Shop Kilo. The store offers sustainable, vintage and affordable clothing. Elsewhere in the shopping centre, we’ve seen Gong Cha and Cult Wing open. Bubble tea specialist Gong Cha opened in Taiwan in 2006 and has established itself across the globe in recent years. Specialities include a variety of teas with customers being able to customise them to their specific desire. While, if you like chicken wings and indulgent comfort food then Cult Wing is the place for you. Earlier this month, we gave the new venue a four-star review.
