Leeds United is currently looking to fill several roles at Elland Road and representing the team in the community.
The roles are across several sectors, including working at matches in wellbeing support and hospitality, or more behind the scenes on social media. All Leeds United fans would dream of working nearby to their beloved team.
Leeds lost a game on Friday last week playing away against Aston Villa. But it's currently looking to fill roles closer to home around the stadium and across Yorkshire.

Matchday Wellbeing Support Supervisor
Casual contract - around 5/6 hours of work at home games, £14.22 an hour with holiday pay included.
The role involves managing a team of officers responding to all safeguarding and welfare matters for people visiting the stadium at home games.
The duties include, though aren't limited to:
- To attend all home matches and ensure relevant support or assistance for children, young people and adults at risk is given where necessary.
- To attend the steward’s pre-match briefing prior to each home game to meet and liaise with all Stand Supervisors & Managers to discuss any special requirements needed for children, young people and adults at risk supporters throughout the day.
- To manage the Wellbeing Support team on matchdays and ensure they communicate effectively to ensure the matchday experience is enjoyable and safe for our more vulnerable groups of supporters.
- To take a proactive approach to safeguard and promote the welfare of children, young people and adults at risk to ensure all Matchday staff and volunteers understand their role in safeguarding children, young people and adults at risk.
- Report and record safeguarding and/or poor practice concerns in line with the Club Safeguarding Policy

The role involves being part of a team of officers responding to all safeguarding and welfare matters for people visiting the stadium at home games.
The duties include:
- To attend all home matches and ensure relevant support or assistance for children, young people and adults at risk is given where necessary.
- To take a proactive approach to safeguard and promote the welfare of children, young people and adults at risk to ensure all Matchday staff and volunteers understand their role in safeguarding children, young people and adults at risk.
- Report and record safeguarding and/or poor practice concerns in line with the Club Safeguarding Policy Use MyConcern to log safeguarding reports and actions
- Remain in your allocated position at all times, unless authorised to leave by the Wellbeing Support Supervisor;
- Remain vigilant at all times
- Undertake and attend additional training as identified or as required; Any other reasonable duties.
Digital Media Producer
The role involves creating content for the Leeds United social media channels, with a focus on TikToks, Facebook and Instagram reels, YouTube Shorts and Leeds Fury.
What they're looking for:
A social native with a flair for video ideation, creation and distribution, you will work with the Digital Manager & Head of Digital & Content to plan, create and publish bespoke content across multiple platforms and formats.
You will marry the two areas of content creation and platform management by displaying a talent for repurposing great football content cleverly and specifically, and having an innate understanding of how to use platform features to achieve optimum results.
You have the capability to fulfil the client’s responsibilities to sponsors and key stakeholders via posting of branded video content.
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of content performance through social insights & best practices, and act on them accordingly.
You will have a passion and understanding for Esports and how to grow a community dedicated to this-
You will act as a point of call for departments to help maintain/update the club's website, in addition to assisting in the writing of website articles when needed
Academy Recruitment Co-ordinator
Part-time, eight hours a week including weekends and evenings, £15 per hour - five roles available across Yorkshire.
The role involves identifying and assessing young players who have the potential to join the Leeds United academy.
The duties include:
- Provide key support to our Head of Local 7-14 Recruitment in the identification and assessment of young players aged 7 -14 in local football including grassroots, schools, private academies and tournaments throughout the year.
- To build a in depth database and knowledge of local players 7 -14 in the catchment areas assigned.
- To scout and identify talent within Sector.
- To manage a team of scouts assigning them to games on a weekly basis.
- To Manage a Regional Sector training venue.
- To provide written performance reports from live games attended to support the decision making process .
- Develop an internal knowledge of current LUFC Academy players
- Promote a positive identity of LUFC to parents, local grassroots coaches and Clubs within your region.
Regional Centre Coach
Casual contract, £15 an hour. Evening sessions, four roles available across Leeds, Bradford and York.
The role involves delivering fun sessions to young players as well as helping assess talent.
The duties include:
- Provide key support to our Head of Local 7-14 assessment of young players aged 7 -14 in local football including grassroots, schools, private academies.
- To plan & deliver fun developmental sessions for players.
- To work collectively with a team of staff to create a professional welcoming environment
- To provide written player reports when required
- Develop an internal knowledge of current LUFC Academy players
- To contribute to any projects
- Attend any CPD/meetings as directed by the Head of Local Recruitment
- Promote a positive identity of LUFC to parents & players.
Casual Hospitality Roles
Several hospitality roles available for match days at home fixtures.
Roles include: waiting staff, bar staff, ground catering staff, ground catering team leader, and kitchen porter.
