Pancake Tuesday is next week and we're all ready to splurge on some scrumptious goods.
We have compiled a list of places in Dublin where you can get your hands on some delicious pancakes next week. Some of the spots are surprisingly posh and some of them will offer pancakes for free.
Stella Diner
To celebrate Pancake Tuesday on February 21, the Stella Diner in Rathmines will be giving out complimentary pancakes all day with toppings of icing sugar and maple syrup. The Stella Diner are known for their authentic warm and fluffy American-style pancake stacks so if you want to claim your free pancake, rock up to the Diner on the 21 from 10:30am until they run out.

Captain Americas
Captain Americas are offering free crepe pancakes with any main purchased all day on the 21. "It’s one of our favourite days of the year at Captain Americas!" they said. "The pancakes are on us this Tuesday at all Captain America’s locations in Grafton Street and Blanchardstown.

Gino's Gelato
Gino's Gelato will be offering sugar and lemon crepes and Nutella crepes from 9am to 12pm on the 21st. Better be there on time!

Mackenzie’s
Mackenzie’s will be serving up their famous pancakes platters all day as well. Although they won't be free, their 'truly mammoth dish' is made for sharing so you could definitely be saving some money if you bring a loved one.
The Pancake Platter consists of a stack of fluffy American style pancakes, served with crispy bacon, fresh berries, raspberry coulis, vanilla mascarpone with Buckwud maple syrup, candied pecans and salted caramel sauce, topped with chocolate shavings.

Americana
Americana’s will have a new cocktail this Tuesday that will be garnished with a mini pancake. The Mate Ca is a concoction of Havana 3-Year-Old White Rum and inhouse made Blueberry cordial. The question is, are you eating the pancake before or after you drink the cocktail?
