London Fashion Week returned — and celebrities filled up the front rows as they caught the first glimpse of the autumn winter 2025 collections.

As has become customary in recent years, American designer Harris Reed began proceedings with an 8pm extravaganza on Thursday, 20 February, which saw him take over the Tate Britain.

After a surprise performance by Florence Pugh, wild sculptural gowns — some of which left little to imagination — came down the runway as Sadiq Khan, Mayor of London, and Michèle Lamy watched on.

S.S.Daley, one of London’s brightest young labels which is part owned by Harry Styles, began Friday’s shows with printed leggings, bouncing puffy skirts and a Marianne Faithfull soundtrack. Star of the f’row was Amandaland’s Lucy Punch, who sidled up to fellow actors Sebastian Croft, Sheila Atim and Joely Richardson.

It was quickly followed by Daniel Fletcher’s debut collection for Mithridate, which saw Vanessa Williams and Matt Henry (stars of the West End musical The Devil Wears Prada) join Girls Aloud’s Nicola Roberts.

Closing Friday night was Fashion East, which saw Vivienne Westwood’s granddaughter Cora Corre cheer on the the next generation of hot design talent, and Richard Quinn, where fake snow fell on a f’row counting the Spencer twins, Anais Gallagher and Lola Clark.

Saturday saw Huishan Zhang draw guests into the Dorchester Hotel for a salon-style presentation of glittering evening gowns, before photographer Wolfgang Tillmans watched Sinéad O'Dwyer and Ella Eyre joined Lottie Moss at the Sinead Grey presentation which took place on the lower ground floor carpark, off Cavendish Square.

That night, Jess Glynne and Alex Scott made a surprise appearance at Labrum London, who took over Abbey Road Studios for a spectacular evening scored by Ezra Collective, before the It girls (and Damian Hurley) arrived in force at the Annie’s Ibiza show.

On Sunday, stalwart names attracted yet more familiar faces. Rivals’ Bella Maclean (Taggie) attended the Emilia Wickstead held at the Saatchi Gallery, while Maya Jama and Bella Tilbury saw the Conner Ives show at The Savoy Hotel and Pixie Geldof joined Francesca Hayward at Simone Rocha. The latter’s show, which took over the grand Goldsmiths Hall, saw the most A-listers on the catwalk, however, with Alexa Chung, Fiona Shaw, Bel Powely and Andrea Riseborough all taking to the runway.

And as ever, Erdem brought out stellar names in force. Actors Keeley Hawes, Lily James and Hayley Atwell sat alongside Beth Ditto, Laura Bailey and Ramla Ali at his show inside the British Museum's epic atrium, before designer Aaron Esh hosted Lila Moss, Katy England and Bobby Gillespie for his fashion week supper.

The biggest stars stepped out on Monday evening for the Burberry show, which in the past has attracted the likes of Kylie Minogue, Barry Keoghan and Naomi Campbell.

Geri Halliwell-Horner and Bluebell Halliwell (Jed Cullen/Dave Benett)

This season was no exception, as Geri Halliwell and Orlando Bloom joined the likes of Brooklyn Beckham, Nicola Peltz-Beckham and the Gallaghers siblings on the front row inside a blue-carpeted Tate Britain. Anna Wintour sat on a sofa with Damian Lewis and his children Gulliver and Manon McCrory-Lewis, while Jerry Hall was seated between her daughters Elizabeth and Georgia May Jagger.
