Bubble Tea is a Taiwanese delicacy that has taken the UK by storm in recent years - and Bristol is no exception. Also known as 'pearl milk tea', 'boba milk tea' or simply 'boba', the tea is most commonly mixed with milk or fruits and topped off with chewy tapioca pearls, with a multitude of flavours for fans to try.
At time of writing on Monday (January 30), Google was 'celebrating bubble tea' with its own interactive game doodle where you have to serve up bubble teas to animal customers the best you can. You can play it here.
