Parties will be seeking to gain full control of Broxtowe Borough Council in this year's elections after four years in which the authority has been run by a coalition. The last election in 2019 saw no party gaining enough seats to have a majority on the council.
A coalition was therefore formed between Labour, the Liberal Democrats and the independents, with Labour's Milan Radulovic taking the role of council leader. The Conservatives in fact have the largest number of current councillors, with 19 members.
But all parties will now be seeking to gain enough seats to gain control of Broxtowe Borough Council, which has 44 members overall. Below is the full list of candidates standing in Broxtowe on May 4.
