All-Ireland Football Championship draw details for preliminary quarter-finals

This weekend sees the final round of All-Ireland Senior Football Championship group stage games take place.

Saturday evening sees two games as Derry face Clare and Monaghan clash with Donegal. Both those games have throw-times of 6pm.

It's a bumper day of football action on Sunday, which sees Cork and Mayo collide in Group 1, while Kerry face Louth.

In Group 2, Galway clash with Armagh and Tyrone take on Westmeath, while Group 3's games are Dublin v Sligo and Roscommon v Kildare.

The All-Ireland SFC preliminary quarter-final will take place on Monday morning just after the 8.30 news bulletin on RTE Radio 1's Morning Ireland.

It will be conducted by Derek Kent, chairman of the GAA’s CCCC, and Feargal McGill, GAA director of player, club and games administration.

There will be four preliminary quarter-finals next week, which will see the four teams that finish second in their group have home advantage against the four third-place finishers.

Provincial finalists can't be drawn together and, where possible, repeat pairings from the group stages will be avoided.
