New Zealand back-row Ardie Savea turned out for grassroots team Oriental-Rongotai Rugby Club in the unfamiliar position of full-back.
The world-renowned player's club season came to an end on June 10 when Australian side Brumbies knocked out his Hurricanes in the Super Rugby quarter-finals.
With a short break between now and The Rugby Championship in July, the 29-year-old decided to link back to this roots and feature in a grassroots match.
In footage taken from Twitter, you can see the 16 stone forward step out donning the 15 jersey. The commentary team were star-struck, and their reaction to seeing Savea take to the field was quite amusing.
"Oh mate, can we get a close up on Ardie real quick for the live stream? Come on bro, bro. Zoom up on him bro! Zoom up on him bro, the full-back for Ories. Look at him man, right in front of us! Stuff the game," exclaimed one commentator.
In classic grassroots fashion, Savea scored in the corner as a scrap was kicking off in the foreground.
It's not the first time Savea has turned out for the club however. Back in June 2020, he featured at Number Eight for Oriental-Rongotai, with Ma'a Nonu assistant coach.

Savea will likely be back in the Test match arena when New Zealand face Argentina in Mendoza, Argentina on July 8th. The All Blacks' first World Cup game is just two months later in the opening match of the tournament against France.
