The gorgeous model hails from Colombia and first crossed paths with Neil while he was travelling in South America eight months ago.
As their romance heated up, Luisa moved into Neil's flat post-lockdown.
She's been settling into her new place in the last month before their romance hit headlines following a fan Q&A on Instagram.
It's Neil's first official romance since his marriage to fellow Strictly Come Dancing star Katya broke down.
A source told The Sun : “Neil is smitten with Luisa and they’re a very sweet couple.
“After they were introduced they stayed in touch but it’s been hard with the lockdown restrictions.
“Since they lifted Luisa flew to London last month and has been staying at Neil’s flat."
Initially Neil stood by his ex-wife when pictures of her kissing Seann Walsh emerged but their marriage crumbled in 10 months after that.
They put a nail in their relationship last August and parted ways for good.
It comes months after the professional dancer seemingly addressed rumours about his sexuality, 18 months after Seann Walsh hit him with the cruel jibe: "I’m the guy who kissed a gay man’s wife.”
This year Neil addressed his sexuality as he insisted there have always been "a lot of straight guys" in ballroom.
Neil said: “In ballroom there’s a lot of straight guys.
“But mum was always like, ‘It’s a shame you’re not gay because we could go shopping together’.
“And I was thinking, ‘whether I’m gay or not there’s no chance, you take forever’.”
