Celtic right-back Alistair Johnston has been called up to play for Canada as they look to make history this month.
Jesse Marsch named his 23-man squad for the March international break earlier today, with Johnston among some notable names such as Alphonso Davies, Celtic's Champions League heartbreaker, and Jonathan David of Lille.
Canada could make history during this international break. They take on Mexico on Friday, March 21, in the semi-final of the CONCACAF Nations League A Championship.
Victory at the end of next week would send Marsch's men into a final on Monday, March 24, against either Panama or the USA. They have never won the competition.

Johnston has played over 50 times for his country and is a highly respected member of the squad.
The 26-year-old is held in similarly high regard at Celtic, and, in November last year, signed a new long-term contract with the club that runs until 2029.
Recently speaking about Johnston's international career, Hibernian winger Junior Hoilett, who has also played with Canada, couldn't be full of more praise: "I always knew he would be good," he said (The Scotsman).
"He's a very confident and strong player. To see how well he's done over here to gel so quickly and play for a top team and play in the top leagues, the Champions League, is great for Canada.
"I'm happy for him. He's my rival this weekend so I can't keep boosting him up! He's done major, and he's done big stuff for Canada, so to keep that going for him is good for the sport of Canada."
