Alison Hammond is set to host This Morning co-star Josie Gibson and her son for Christmas dinner.
The presenter announced the news on a recent podcast hosted by singer Jessie Ware and her mother, Helen Ware, titled Table Manners. She discussed her methods for whipping up the perfect Christmas spread before revealing that she has invited Josie and her family along for the last few years.
Making a tradition of the invite, Alison said she expects Josie to be in attendance this year too. She said: "This year we've got a big household. My brother will be there as will my son. Josie Gibson always comes with her little boy."

The comments ushered in a wave of surprise from Jessie and Helen as they gushed over the close-knit relationship the two share. Alison added: "She was there last year and she's here this year then I've got my housemate Jason and his dog Bobby, and that's it."
Alison and Josie have shared the This Morning spotlight for years and just recently celebrated Alison's 20th anniversary with the show. In a series of throwback clips and guest comments, highlighted in her own private studio away from the set, she eventually became teary-eyed as the Gibson led surprise.
