Alison Hammond literally jumped out of her seat during Friday's This Morning as Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly burst into the studio.
Alison and her co-host Dermot O'Leary had just finished a segment about dreams when she started to read the next link on the autocue.
All of a sudden, the doors into the studio burst open and Ant and Dec stormed in wearing sparkling tuxedo jackets and were flanked by a random man and woman as the theme to Saturday Night Takeaway was playing.
Dec, 46, was holding a pair of cymbals while Ant clutched a silver confetti baton, which he quickly set off.
Alison was heard screaming as she jumped out of her chair and cuddled up to Dermot.
"What are you doing?" Alison asked the pair as she laughed out loud.
Ant replied: "We had a weird dream that Saturday Night Takeaway was back on tomorrow night, and our dream's coming true!"
"We're actually just passing. We're on our way to film something for tomorrow night's show but we just wanted to remind you and everybody, because we had a week off last week because of the rugby, so we just wanted to remind you we're back tomorrow at 7 o'clock," Dec added.
The duo quickly left the studio as they admitted chef Phil Vickery was stressing because he had something cooking in the oven.
Alison later admitted to Dermot: "That really frightened me!" as he laughed at her.
This Morning viewers also thought it was hilarious and took to Twitter to comment.
"Hahaha ant n dec #thismorning," one person posted, while another tweeted: "Just love them two. Dec is so cute #ThisMorning."
A third person added: "Ant and Dec. Hilarious #ThisMorning."
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV and ITV Hub.
