Alison Hammond makes cheeky pillows quip leading Dermot O'Leary to ask This Morning guest 'not to sue'

Alison Hammond started This Morning by making a guest blush with a cheeky invitation. The presenter was back at the helm of the ITV daytime show alongside Dermot O'Leary as they continue to cover for Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield during the Easter break.

After their usual introductions and teasing what was coming up on the two-and-a-half-hour show, the duo were then joined by Gyles Brandreth in the studio and Henry Bonsu via video link to chat about the latest news headlines in 'This Morning's View'.

After discussing more serious matters, talk turned to the lighter news that a hotel firm advertising for a dream job as a chief pillow officer who will be paid £100 for each of 52 two night stays where they will be expected to comment on the size and softness of the pillows.

Henry said he'd love the job but as an insomniac, he was worried what sort of views he'd end up leaving. But following his comment, Alison jumped in and asked a rather flirty question: "Henry, do you sleep on your own then? You don't sleep on your pillows? Out of interest, just asking for a friend."

Dashing her hopes, he replied: "I do have another half, but she snores loudly..." to which Alison smiled and replied: "Oh right," before commenting: "That was a bit awkward weren't it."

Gyles then asked: "Were you thinking of turning up, were you?" leading Alison to cheekily replu: "Well I've got two pillows for you to cuddle."

She quickly collapsed into laughter as Gyles covered his face and Dermot looked stunned. Meanwhile, amused and slightly embarrassed Henry said: "This conversation is getting very X-rated."

"Good to have you Henry. Please come again and don't sue us. Please," Dermot commented as Alison continued to laugh at her own naughty quip.

But viewers watching This Morning at home couldn't help but laugh along.
