Alison Hammond discovered she's been making a huge mistake on social media earlier today.
The Brummie babe, 48, had to issue an apology live on This Morning after realising she has been blocking people on Instagram for the wrong reasons.
Alison, who is set to join The Great British Bake Off team later this year, was back on the This Morning sofa with Dermot O'Leary for the ITV programme's final show of the week earlier today.
The former Big Brother contestant has been on our TV screens more than usual over recent weeks, thanks to Phillip Schofield's sudden This Morning exit last month and Holly Willoughby's extended half-term break.
During today's show, Alison and Dermot were joined by Nick Ferrari and Matthew Wright to chat about the biggest headlines and what the nation has been chatting about.
As former X Factor host Dermot introduced Nick and Matthew as 'GOAT' guests, Alison looked confused and had to be informed 'GOAT' is a slang term to describe someone as the Greatest Of All Time.
After confessing she has never heard the phrase before, Alison admitted she previously thought she was being trolled when social media users dubbed her a 'GOAT' online.
"I've been blocking people," she admitted live on-air before adding: "Sorry If I've blocked you."
It's predicted Alison could be the one to replace Phil as Holly's co-anchor permanently following Phil departure from This Morning after over two decades on the show.
Phil announced his exit from the ITV daytime TV programme on May 20 and later went on to walk away from ITV completely, after admitting to a historic affair with a younger colleague.
In a statement shared less than a week on from his This Morning exit, Phil said: "In an effort to protect my ex-colleague, I haven’t been truthful about the relationship.
"But my recent, unrelated, departure from This Morning fuelled speculation and raised questions which have been impacting him, so for his sake it is important for me to be honest now.
"I am painfully conscious that I have lied to my employers at ITV, to my colleagues and friends, to my agents, to the media and therefore the public and most importantly of all to my family. I am so very, very sorry, as I am for having been unfaithful to my wife.
"I have therefore decided to step down from the British Soap Awards, my last public commitment, and am resigning from ITV with immediate effect expressing my immense gratitude to them for all the amazing opportunities that they have given me."
Holly returned to This Morning on Monday with Josie Gibson acting as her co-host. A permanent replacement for Phil has not yet been confirmed.
