Alison Hammond has returned to social media for the first time since Phillip Schofield formally parted ways with ITV's This Morning.
The presenter, who stepped up to fill Phil's shoes to present the show this week is usually very active on social media - but appeared absent from Instagram since the big announcement.
The usual Friday host of This Morning has been at the forefront of the programme since 61-year-old Schofield took a 'step back' after a 20-year tenure. It came following rumours that he and co-host Holly Willoughby were 'barely speaking' behind the scenes.

His exit came with 'immediate effect' and his last appearance on the breakfast staple was last Thursday May 18 - reports the MEN.
Despite ITV confirming that Holly, 42, would continue to front the show with other 'members of the This Morning family', she also will not be returning to screens until after her pre-planned half-term break. She is expected to return on June 5, with other presenters stepping in for her absence.
Alison and co-host Dermot O'Leary filled in for the first show of the week, Monday, appearing sombre as they addressed Phil's exit and paid tribute to their now former colleague. And breaking her online silence earlier this week, Alison took to Instagram to wish Dermot a happy 50th birthday - as he took the day off to celebrate, replaced by Craig Doyle.
Sharing a lovely selfie of the dynamic duo from This Morning's sofa, Alison penned: "Happy birthday babs !! Many happy returns my lovely. Have the best day."
And a number of other members of the This Morning team added to the post with their own kind messages. Dr Zoe Williams, wrote: "Happy birthday Dermot you lovely soul," while Juliet Sear echoed: "What a lovely soul he is happy birthday @dermotoleary."
Beauty expert Ateh Jewel chimed in: "Happy happy birthday."
And Alison's fans were also quick to comment on the post. One said: My favourite Duo on This Morning!! Happy Birthday Dermot!!" while another, added "The best duo ITV ever had."
A third, added: "Absolutely love the joy and the laughter and the teamwork with @alisonhammond55 & @dermotoleary Happy birthday @dermotoleary may your birthday be blessed each and everyday of good health and happiness."
