Alice In Chains' 'Jar Of Flies' EP Returns To Charts

Alice In Chains, the iconic American rock band, achieved a significant milestone with their EP 'Jar of Flies' debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart, making it the first EP to achieve this feat in the U.S. music industry. Since its release, 'Jar of Flies' has garnered immense popularity, selling millions of copies and leaving a lasting impact on fans.

To commemorate the thirtieth anniversary of the EP, Alice In Chains recently re-released 'Jar of Flies' as a collector's edition vinyl. The reissue has reignited fan enthusiasm, leading to a resurgence in chart success for the band.

This week, 'Jar of Flies' has made a triumphant return to several Billboard charts. The EP has secured a top position on the Vinyl Albums chart, debuting at No. 1, showcasing the enduring appeal of the band's music.

In addition to its success on the Vinyl Albums chart, 'Jar of Flies' has also entered the Top Hard Rock Albums chart at No. 3 and the Top Alternative Albums chart at No. 10. Furthermore, the EP has made its debut on the Top Rock Albums (No. 14) and Top Rock & Alternative Albums (No. 18) charts, marking a significant achievement for the band.

During the past tracking week, 'Jar of Flies' sold 9,388 copies in the U.S., leading to a re-entry on the Top Album Sales chart at No. 6. The EP's resurgence has also seen it re-enter the prestigious Billboard 200 chart at No. 91, with 11,481 equivalent units sold, underscoring the enduring popularity of Alice In Chains' music.
