Alia Bhatt, who welcomed a daughter with her husband Ranbir Kapoor last year, is yet to show the face of her baby girl to the world. The couple has named their bundle of joy Raha Kapoor.
The actress shared a picture of a baby girl on Instagram today and fans speculated it is her daughter’s picture. The post was a part of promotion for Alia’s own babywear brand.

As soon as she shared the post, likes and comments poured in from all sides. While one fan wrote, ‘For a moment I thought it was baby Raha’, another one added, ‘Everyone thought it was RAHA… You should have given a disclaimer.’ A fan also commented, ‘All those who thought this was Raha, please know that 3 month olds can’t sit up straight.’
After dating for five years, Alia tied the knot with Ranbir in an intimate wedding ceremony with just close friends and family at their Mumbai residence.
Alia told Bombay Times in an interview that she would never regret her decision of getting married and embracing motherhood at the peak of her career. She also went on to add that this is the best decision she has ever made in her life.
On the work front, Alia will next be seen in ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ co-starring Ranveer Singh. Directed by Karan Johar, this film also features Jaya Bachchan, Dharmendra and Shabana Azmi in pivotal roles. The film is slated to hit the theatres in July this year. Apart from this, Alia also has Farhan Akhtar's 'Jee Le Zaraa', co-starring Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif.
