Giovanni van Bronckhorst says he's sitting down with Alfredo Morelos today for talks on his Ibrox future.
The striker was suspended for Saturday's 4-0 Premiership win over Ross County after banishment from the squad for Wednesday's Champions League play-off triumph versus PSV, which booked group stage football in that competition. His omission came because of attitude and fitness concerns, with Van Bronckhorst ready to speak with him. In the meantime, he's been impressed by fellow forward Antonio Colak's performances after three goals this week plus the focus showed by Rangers against the Staggies.
The Dutchman said: "I’m happy with Antonio. He’s in a very good moment. The start he had for us has been fantastic. We just have to make sure we keep pushing him and he keeps giving the performances we want. Morelos worked hard this week so I’ll sit down tomorrow and speak with him and his future.

"He’s still our player, he knows what he has to do to become available again. The first week’s reaction he showed was very positive.
"We were on a high and very positive because we’re playing in the Champions League. But we had to switch back to the domestic league.
"It’s always about the start and keeping the same standards and way of playing every game. The games are coming fast"
