Alfredo Morelos has hailed his six-season spell at Rangers as "something beautiful".
The former Ibrox striker, 27, left the club last summer on a free transfer but still holds fond memories of his time in Glasgow.
And the Colombian striker, who was recently released by Santos, reckons his Rangers experience ranks among the "most significant" periods in his career.
“I have a very nice story in Rangers, the six seasons I lived through were something beautiful, I will never forget it," said Morelos in an interview with La Razon.
"Winning two titles with them, being the all-time top scorer in European tournaments, are one of the most significant things in my career."
However, Morelos admitted he did endure some struggles at Rangers too as he conceded injuries cost him at Ibrox - particularly in ruling him out of the Europa League final.
He added: “..missing the Europa League final was hard for me, due to injury, it cost me a lot, but it is football and we have to keep working ."
While Morelos' exit from Ibrox was expected come the end of the season last year, the striker has revealed he still receives messages from supporters.
On the Rangers fans, he said: "I left with a lot of love for the fans, they love me a lot, they still send me many messages."
Morelos is set to be a free agent on January 1 after leaving Santos due to a relegation release clause in his contract.
The forward joined the Brazilian club on a deal until 2025, however, he is set to depart after the club suffered a first relegation from the top-flight.
It's claimed Morelos £40,000-a-week contract could cause problems in finding a new club with Santos reportedly having to pay around £2.3million to terminate Morelos' contract officially.
Morelos made 178 league appearances in total at Rangers, scoring 78 league goals and 124 in all competitions during his six-year spell in Glasgow.
