Alfredo Morelos gifts young Rangers fan his shirt during Dundee clash as sign appeal works

He's already a firm fan favourite, but Alfredo Morelos has continued to earn the plaudits of the Rangers fans.

The Colombian was taken off at half-time with Gio van Bronckhorst 's cruising in the Scottish Cup against Dundee.

The Dutchman looked to his bench after an energy-sapping run of fixtures in the Premiership and Europa League.

However, Morelos work wasn't done for the day as he made a young supporter's day during the second half of the clash.

The Rangers fan held up a sign that asked if he could have the shirt of the Ibrox talisman, and he duly obliged.

As he watched from the stands, Morelos spotted the fan and handed him the top.

The delighted fan was cheered by the crowd, with some of the adults around him having a bigger smile than the youngster.

The kid ran into the stands lofting his heroes strip above his head as he lapped up the moment and he was applauded by the fans in attendance.
