Red-hot Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos has been named in Colombia's squad for their upcoming World Cup qualifiers with Bolivia and Venezuela.
And it's a prime opportunity for El Bufalo to avenge a nightmare trip to South America in January as he wasn't included in the matchday squads against Argentina and Peru.
His non participation for the World Cup qualifiers were compounded by the fact Rangers were dismantled 3-0 by title rivals Celtic in the Scottish Premiership.
Morelos won't miss any club fixtures this around, however, he will be hoping for competitive game time before returning to take on Ange Postecoglou's side at Ibrox on April 3.
Reinaldo Rueda still has full belief in the Rangers striker ahead of a double header with Colombia all but out of contention to reach Qatar.
The striker remains a firm favourite among the nation team's fanbase with many calling for him to star alongside Liverpool star Luis Diaz moving forward.
Morelos has one goal in 11 appearances for Colombia since making his debut in 2018.
He has netted six goals and has four assists in 2022 and is aiming to fire Rangers into the last eight of the Europa League against Red Star Belgrade.
