Former Arsenal captain Alexandre Lacazette will reportedly miss Lyon's friendly against Feyenoord on Sunday after being attacked by wasps.
The 31-year-old is looking to hit the ground running this season after re-joining Lyon from Arsenal in June. He endured a tough final term at the Emirates, scoring just four Premier League goals as Mikel Arteta's side missed out on Champions League qualification.
But Lacazette may have to wait until Lyon's friendly against Inter Milan in Italy to get more minutes under his belt. It's claimed both he and teammate Moussa Dembele suffered multiple wasp stings during a training camp in the Netherlands, which started on Monday.
According to French outlet L'Equipe, Lacazette suffered a dozen wasp stings and it's unclear whether he will be fit for the game against Feyenoord. Dembele 'suffered the same fate' but reacted better to the stings and trained on Thursday afternoon.
Lyon's reserves will take on Willem II in Tilburg on Saturday before the first team take on Feyenoord at De Kuip 24 hours later. Peter Bosz's side's final pre-season friendly is against Inter before their Ligue 1 campaign gets underway against Ajaccio at home on August 5.
Lacazette spent 14 years at Lyon before Arsenal invested £45million in him in July 2017, coming through the ranks at the French outfit and establishing himself as one of the country's finest strikers. He's scored an impressive 100 goals in 203 Ligue 1 appearances.

The forward won plenty of individual accolades during his first spell at Lyon. He was named Ligue 1's Player of the Year in 2014-15 - beating the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic to the award - and has been included in the competition's Team of the Year three times.
Lacazette's final year in France was his finest, finding the back of the net 37 times in all competitions to catch Arsenal's attention. He was expected to lead the club's attack for years to come but never became a superstar in the Premier League.
The Frenchman found the back of the net 71 times in five seasons at the Emirates, helping them win the FA Cup and Community Shield. He never represented Arsenal in the Champions League and often played a supporting role to Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
"Despite the absence of European football, the project was more important than anything else," said Lacazette on re-joining Lyon. "I felt needed in the locker room and on the pitch in this project so it was the best decision. It's exciting to come back.
"I can't wait to start the season. I have progressed in my leadership abilities; I've gained experience... I want to help the club get back to the top of the league. I've spoken with the coach, he called me last week. He told me what he expected of me."
Technical director Vincent Ponsot added: "Alex is a building block of this project. He wanted to participate in this project and he joined. We thank him for joining us. We want leaders and key elements of this project. We've had discussions on this subject with Alexandre."
